Pizza is really good. Underrated place that is probably better than either of the more popular places. Staff are very pleasant. Need to improve ordering online through slice. If you do half toppings, you are charged full price for both. Even during summer the delivery time was very reasonable.
The food was delicious. The pizza was nice and hot, and very cheesy. The buffalo wings were also delicious. They had the right amount of sauce on them. And it is the perfect serving size for one person. The service was excellent. The staff came over multiple times if we needed anything. It was a typical boardwalk pizza place, but it was great. The place was lively and fun. It was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you are ever on the New Jersey Boardwalk!!
My husband and I had a beach gathering with about 45 people on the beach in the beginning og august. We contacted Franconis early on to see if they offered catering/desserts which they did! Amanda took on our request and helped us throughout with multiple back and forth texts and calls to arrange our order just how we wanted. She offered us the option to pre-order cannolis that come in from Philly. We did that and this did NOT dissapoint. Our guests raved about these. Also, we decided to go with catering/food from Franconis and we are so glad we did! We had people from all over the country in for our wedding that weekend and people LOVED the cheesesteaks and pizza we ordered for our beach day with them. They also raved about the hoagies we ordered---turkey, ham and tuna varieties. We took a lot of food back to our hotel and were also able to give some to our guests to take with them. We enjoyed the left over pizza days after cold and hot. Then, on our last night in wildwood I was craving a cheese steak (which I did not get to try the days before just because I was busy) while on the boardwalk so we stopped by franconis and got my favorite, a cheese steak hoagie and it hit the spot, coming from a native philadelphian who lives in NC and only gets to get an authentic one once in awhile, I am still thinking of how delicious it was!!! Lastly, Amanda and franconis were SO accomodating. We were planning this beach get together on a day that looked like possible rain, and Amanda offered that if it rained we could gather 45 people in their dining area without concern. This took away SO much stress for me. The weather ended up being nice, and we did not need this accomodation, however knowing there was a back up was so incredibly nice. We love franconis, and we were so happy to find out that there is a location by my hometown where my parents still live, North Wales, PA! I cannot wait to go home and get some pizza and a cheesesteak as well as a turkey hoagie!!!!
